I can no longer provide an inworld location to preview my work, therefor I have decided to slice all prices in half!!
The Land Impact as printed on the box (formally Prim Count) is for the building delivered "as is" after deleting the rezz scripts!!!
*** Unlinking (parts of) the building will increase the Land Impact cost!! ***

minus having to resize the bottom windows when you resize the house its fantastic work, i purchased this one and two others..the building huge with the option to resize down and still have plenty of room inside.
