Grungy Old Trailer REZZER

I decided to make a great grungy old mobile home trailer for your urban needs.

This wonderful trailer features a rusted exterior, simple wooden steps into the front door, a dirty old couch with several sits (one person sits included for ultimate lounging by yourself on your own couch), a working fridge, an oven, a sink, and counter space all in that wonderful old green color that is reminiscent of old trailers.

The trailer has a single bedroom wall without a door, and a large living space with grungy wallpaper throughout. I have installed IntelliDoor systems for perfect door operation.

I have used the wonderful Buildbox Rezzer system for perfect placement on your build. All you do is put the rezzer box with the arrow facing the direction you want the trailer to be, then click on it and click Rez. Once it rezzes, just go into edit mode and move the box around how you want the build to look, then click on the box again and click Finish. Viola! Trailer trash perfection!

The items included are copy/mod/no trans. If for any reason there is an issue with permissions once you get the item, it is due to LL delivery system problem, so just message me and I will rectify the order for you.

Trailer without furniture is 28 prims, with furniture it is 41 prims. The scripts for the door are no-mod except for the config file, so the item will show no-mod in your inventory.
