I'm tired of seeing people charge outrageous prices for Hank Ramos's free & open-sourced rental script on the marketplace, and not even making it full permissions!
Here you can get the HR Rental Script free and full permissions as intended. The rental script has been updated from the original v1.5.3 as well.

This script is just perfect: it works out-of-the-box and it's easy to adjust.
The functionality is minimalist: it will take payments, keep track of rental status and deliver and information notecard.
This was exactly what I needed because I was handling parcel permissions separately. If this is your case too, then this is what you need.
It's free and open source so, really: what do you have to loose?

Nice free script to make a rental box. My only concern was about how to measure the apartment floor and put the correct square meters in the notecard "settings'.
