Hover Text Clock Script V2 / Floating Text Clock

Hover Text Clock Script with the following options:

Menu options:
- + or - 1 hour = to adjust the time zone you're in.
- Text color = to select a floating text color (11).
- Reset = to reset the script and install the default settings.
- Help = to see some notifications in local chat.
- On/off = to turn the clock on/off.

Notes:
- Including seconds.
- The menu appears only for the owner.
- 24 hour system only.
- Time zone set per 1 hour only.
- Time is taken from UTC Time.
- High accuracy (maximum deviation = 0.4 sec.).
