Victorian slim skirt is MESH... comes in five standard sizes. Alpha is included but you may not even need it. The glitch pant covers everything. My avatar is not wearing an alpha in photo. My avatar does not need it. Bustle is a separate attachment...and prim based.

Pieces have sizing scripts that can be deleted once you make alterations for a custom fit.
