Useful item but...
They are no-copy once you rez them in-world. I assum this is a permission in the texture cycle script. If you are making multiple frames and customizing them, you have to start from scratch with each one.
Brilliant (and copyable)
Not sure why all those reviews are saying it is not copyabe as I have been able to duplicate the frames after rezzing and they remain in my inventory too. I also love the way they come in different sizes and you click on them to change the frame colour. For L$1 how can you go wrong? I would have happily paid L$100 for these frames.

I would have preferred to pay much more and have it copyable.
