Nice Looking Flexible Building
I'm grateful for this special sort of building and for its bargain price.
I bought it when a catastrophe caused half the contents of my sim to disappear right before an event. That left a lot of holes to fill quickly, and a largish building to replace. This little shop fit perfectly! Because it is full mod, I could knock out a couple walls and link three of these together fairly quickly and easily. And because the textures are also modifiable, I could move the curtains around so that it didn't look like the same building repeated three times. The whole thing weighs 17 LI.
I had intended this to be a quick temporary fix, but it went together so well that it's now a permanent fixture.

Low impact, incredible price.
Beautifully detailed. Great for filling in streets and for use too. Nice to include the textures for modifications. Amazing for $10 lindens.
