Rug indicates no modify but that's due to the script inside. Object is modify.
This item is 100% Mesh. Please be aware that Land Impact will increase if you stretch beyond 5 meters.

Texture also stretches if you increase the size.
If that happens, you can 'tile' the texture back easily as it is seamless. Instructions inside the notecard.
