This is a great little hut that fits very well on a small 512 water-land or beach parcel. It is very well worth the price and coming in at only 29LI, well that is an added bonus. The really great part is the designer is really keen on good customer service. So yeah, this little tiki shack is a winner.

had some issues with script of a door or something but he is cool, fixes stuff, came down personally was willing to fix and reissue. I will be buying more stuff in the future for my sim and places... great dude! thank you! 5 stars for awesome service store owner.
