i purchased the product over mp. got delivered. after unpacking there was evrything in it but no hovercraft. so i send an im to lolita the owner. she answered immediately checked what happened and delivered a new version tome. evrything is perfect the hovercraft works perfect and the customer service gets 10 stars from me
