Since I spent a lot of my SL time on a small parcel, I know how frustrating it is to spend countless time in stores and on MP to find a good looking home that will still let me decorate like crazy- and in such, I love making just that sort of home to share with everyone here.

Even if you have way more room, this pad will look great as a small shop, studio- or a place to stuff away the greedy table- so on and so forth.

This place is perfect for solo occupants and cozy couples alike :) We've tested it- and it holds a full sized bed set, living sit, gathering table and it currently hosts my own, personal office.

A mesh build, this home is just waiting for your special touches. The structure itself has a land impact of only 23/prims, a full security system/ home control-, tint-able windows and sliding doors it comes with the basket chairs as shown (8 prims each). It has the lofted section as well as a side patio, for a great cuddle chair or patio set & a built in book shelf. I'm not sure whether to classify this house as shabby (interior) or modern (exterior) since it can be a bit of both; you'll have to determine that :)-
