The rez version includes a number of sit animations for a single avatar.

The holdable version can be manually adjusted to best fit with your avatar by right clicking on the worn item, choosing 'edit', and using the edit window accordingly.

Land impact of rez version is 6, but may increase if the item is resized.

** PLEASE NOTE that resizing items that include avatar animations will require manual adjustment of said animations. ALSO REMEMBER to ALWAYS make a copy of wearable items BEFORE you try to modify them in any way! This will help ensure you do not need to unpack a fresh copy or need to retrieve a redelivery. **
