[N-O] Regional Competition Control Board (RCCB)

This is a companion item to the [N-O] Fishing game (V2.19 and above) to allow you to set up timed competitions.

Only the owner has access to the menu to set it up

menu items:

Name - the name of the competition as it will show on - http://fishing.web-community.uk/web/Comps

Expire - how many whole minutes the competition will run for.

Start - This sends out an invite to all rod owners in the region to touch the board to join the competition
If the owner is wearing a rod then you are auto joined into the competition.

Other people then touch the board to be joined into the competition.
As they catch fish they are displayed on the web page - http://fishing.web-community.uk/web/Comps

The board then displays a float text of the remaining time.

When the time reaches 0 all rods in this competition are removed.
If you are in the middle of reeling in a fish then you are allowed to finish before you are removed.

Final scores from people are displayed on the web page until they join a new competition.
