② They select who they want to visit in the directory and call them.
③ The Phone rings and someone answers.
④ If the person on the phone likes them, they can choose to let them in after the call.
⑤ Gate opens!

① Vehicle rolls up to the gate's keypad.
② Resident enters their specific key code.
③ Gate opens!

I've had this gate since 2019, made a new acc and rebought it in 2022... still no support. Pin pad lovely, gates lovely... this dang phone has no config in it STILL and will not sync to anything... we in 2024 and still no support or resolution. They've created more things for their marketplace. So they are active. But is completely ignoring our messages and notecards.
phone does not work, support does not respond to tickets for months
no reason or notics of why support is not on or why tickets go unawnsered. so it lowers value for product without support.
if you want it for the phone, better go elsewhere.everything else works,
setting up everything as is instructed phone does not and can not open the gate. and phone looses access list once someone calls into the phone from the keypad. and no longer allows user to use the phone. so phone has no use. rest seem to work for most part. so its fair somewhat. disapointing features.
if you have exit and entry gates dont use this ether. emergincy access box will open every gate, can not be set up for single gates so note that if you want more then one gate system or forbid more then one place to close by with the system.
This is cool but..
Really wish there was an ability in the notecard to configure what kind of gate it is (axis it opens on, how wide it opens, etc..), doesn't really work with any other gates that aren't from the package which sucks. That's literally my only complaint :)

Really awsome setup
This is a wicked setup i love the features and attributes to it . I do hope they do a add on or update that allows to have a slide open / roller gate . and not just swing gate .
