Mesh clothing is the greatest update in Second Life since sculpties. Mesh are sculpties that fit your body and move with it, but they cant be resized. They fit your body but some values need different mesh shapes, thats why mesh clothes come in different shapes.
Inside the bag youll recieve (just wear it & touch to get the folder) youll find:
7 different mesh sizes + 8 alphas to mix with them.
The alphas will delete the parts of your body under the mesh, just select the size + alpha to get a perfect fitting.
Those mesh clothes have been tested in many different shapes.
WEARING MULTIPLE MESHES + ALPHAS
Very easy, just wear alpha and mesh and if you need to wear another alpha or another mesh dont click the item or select wear... JUST SELECT ADD, the add option lets you wear multiple meshes , alphas or even prims at the same attachment point.
ACTUALLY you need the SL OFFICIAL VIEWER 3.0 or newest, some of the other viewers are updating to this option too.

This was great deal for the promotion price. I've had the worst time finding mesh items that don't looking utterly bizarre, but this little number conforms pretty perfectly to a number of my avatars. And like all meshes is very generous to my render-weight. Excellent work.

really kool jacket....i wasnt sure about mesh after i was dissapointed by a maxi dress i bought at a Different store Not opium....
Tried the demo for this jacket and it only took 2 mins to fit....only 1 small thing if you have breast physics you may have to turn it off..but i think thats worth it for this great jacket. Loving Opium right now..perhaps mesh Can be nice hmmm...btw this jacket is hot with the opium Extreme ankle boots :D :D

I was looking at this jacket here on MP more than once. And I always was like "no, textures seem too blurry"... coz of what the picture shows. After reading a few comments, I gave it a try... and tell you what?
THIS is the freaking best looking jacket (mesh or not) I ever had! The textures are very (very very!) well done, there's lots of different sizes AND alphas to really get it fit to your avatar.

I agree, this picture does not do the product justice. Simply amazing! Even when you super zoom on the jacket, the texture still looks like real leather. Definitely a must have! (And at 199, it's basically a steal!)
