Some magical spinning runes for you to use in your builds!
The center glyph and the outer ring rotate clockwise at different speeds, and the middle ring rotates counter-clockwise.
They're full perm, so feel free to use these in builds you sell. Do not buy these, and then just re-sell them or give them away for free.

Very nice!
Works very well with my Jomo dragon avatar, almost if it was made for it. Fully editable to. :)

Really full perm
Nice rotating prims but there is one inconvenient: it is very small so quality of the texture suffers when you resize it.
