Chairs, once rezzed can also be used with any existing table without any linking and perform the same way and slide properly.
Simply set it under any table, sit and adjust suitable distance while sitting. Match wood color and shade from the Texture HUD. Optionally, lowering the existing table to 1.1 meters (match up the table hights) enables the rezzable condiments. No building knowledge required.
