Caryatid is a sculptured female figure used as a column to support an entablature or structure. It is a 3D sculpture for builders and exquisitely detailed to last the test of time. By purchasing prefabricates from PRAVDA dark couture you are agreeing to the following terms of use listed in this card:

TERMS OF SERVICE
===============================

You have not purchased ownership of the Sculpt Texture Maps, Scripts themselves; you have purchased ownership of a license to use them under the terms specified. In purchasing them, you enter into a licensing agreement that the full-permission state is for your hands only, and that you will actively assist in protecting this license.

- You are explicitly not allowed to transfer the provided Textures to anyone else. Period!

- These Sculpts are to be used as part of your creations and are never to be sold seperately (ie. Selling the Sculpt to a customer not in a build )

OCCLUSION MAPS (textures):
- you CAN use the supplied ambient occlusion textures to be applied in your own prims, which can be used in the builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)
- you MUST NOT sell or give away the occlusion map textures to any third person in Second Life® or share these textures with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

SCULPTOR / REZZER
- you are provided with a premade sculptor to build the Statue with your own prims. Sculptor is NO MOD / COPY / TRANS.

SCRIPTS:
- you can use the scripts to add to your prim for the SCULPTOR/REZZER , scripts are included as NO MOD / COPY / NO TRANS.

RESALE:
-for resale purpose of your build using PRAVDA DARK COUTURE sculpt maps or using our SCULPTOR/REZZZER, you MUST NOT distrribute your prims with COPY+TRANSFER or FULL permission and it has to be part of your build not as a statue alone!

SCULPTED PRIMS:
- you CAN use the pre-created prims or statue as part of your builds you SELL in Second Life® or on the xStreetSL(TM)
- you MUST NOT distribute the pre-created prims or prims created using PRAVDA Dark Couture SCULPTOR/REZZER as a single piece or as a statue alone with COPY+TRANSFER or FULL permissions and you are NOT ALLOWED to sell or give away your pre-created prims or prims to any third person in Second Life® or share these statue with anyone outside Second Life® including but not restricted to websites and other virtual worlds.

SCULPT MAPS:
- sculpt maps are not provided for this particular build and are protected by an ALPHA CHANNEL

THIS IS A NO REFUND ITEM. BECAUSE OF THE PERMISSIONS AND USAGE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS KIT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE REFUND IN PART OR IN FULL AFTER THE PURCHASE OF THIS ITEM.
