Tried to load my pictures, the frame disapeared, all went blank went trying to back up and no way to be fixed, can't be copied , lost lindens

absolutely perfect :)
I bought this frame today for my wedding pictures, this was easy to load and start on the loop, I stretched it out and put it over the fireplace. It's beautiful I love it :)
