Pier with boat docks & jetty ~ includes accessories
A 20m long pier with space to dock 2 or more boats or jetskis alongside two roped walkways on one side, and a jetty on the other. The accessories show in the pics are lanterns with a particle glow feature (it's all automatic, btw ~ no need to click on/off ~ they come on automatically as night falls), and lifebuoys mounted on stands.
It's all copy/mod btw, so you can place as many of them as you like wherever you want (the accesories aren't part of the dock so you can easily use them for other things on other parts of your land, e.g. house, driveway, etc )

Very realistic Pier and boat docks
Very happy with my purchase from Minnie. I have a very large parcel in Bassenthwaite that needed boat docks at both ends of the beach for my tenants. I bought the first pier and installed it on the South end of my Sim with the docks facing North. Absolutely loved it! I contacted Minnie and asked her to make the same pier but with the docks facing the opposite direction so I could also install it on the North end of the beach with the boats facing southward. She customized this pier for me so I was able to do just that! I suggest you see these piers for yourself in Bassenthwaite on the East side of the Sim. You will be amazed at the quality and detail in this structure. Minnie is very easy to contact and very pleasant to work with. A+++
My new favourite dock
I got this pier months back, along with others from this maker. Finally I have a home where this one suits just great. Very well made and realistic. Another perfect item from this place, very good for having several boats too.
