Easy to use right click sit then click rug for menu when wish to change animation
You may change texture by drag texture from your inventory and drop on the rug.
On some sims it may say "No room to sit" when second person go to sit. Easy fix just create a prim and link it to the rug and set the transparent to lowest tell no longer can see that prim.
