It is an absolutely gorgeous build. It keeps to the scale and proportions of the original. Subtle but important details like spaces between masonry all all beautifully done. There are other expensive examples of this building, but this one is far superior. It rezes easily, over and over, and if divided into three neat parts for assembly in a slightly different location (and at this price you can archive a copy!!) Mine is on the ground now, but I will send it to a platform in the future, which is easy to do, despite it being non-mod. Be sure and get the chair and ottoman, the original uses these white ones.
You do need 65m to contain this huge building.
