Now you don't have to worry about germs because there won't be any left!

Sanitize it!

Wear your sanitizer and in open chat, say:
/5 sanitize

This will animate your avatar pulling out the sanitizer, sanitizing and being so sanitary!

Owning a sim that handles viral outbreaks daily sure can be stressful, but thanks to -RC- Cluster's Hand Sanitizer, I can finally rest easy with a false sense of security knowing I'm killing 99.9% of all germs! Now I can get back to more important neuroses like dealing with a crippling social anxiety... or that .01% of germs it doesn't kill, ah! I need more hand sanitizer just thinking about it!
