RE Easter Bunny Egg Cottage - Cartoon House/Decoration

This is a cute little home where the Easter Bunny or Peter Cottontail lives. It has an egg shape for the forest or down the Bunny Trail and has sculpted roof, window & bow over the door. A fun decoration, for the Easter Bunny to greet his fans.

It features custom textures, but is Mod, so they can be changed. The outside is done in white textures, so they can be tinted and changed to any colors (see pics, comes as shown)

It has about an 10 x 10 footprint, including the front porch and roof sides.

A fun decoration for the Easter Holiday and around parties, clubs or for that Easter Egg Hunt.

Can also be used for fantasy, cartoon, toon town or playhouse for kids of all ages!
