ROMAN VILLA

This is a lite version of the Roman Estate, with 2 levels instead of 3
For the rest it has all the same qualitys as the Estate.
The Villa has spacious rooms and large terasses, with on the highest terras a pool with splashable water and great animated pose balls.
The inner walls are easy to remove to create 2 super large rooms, without damaging the structure. You don't like the color of the ceiling? or want a other floor tile?
All possible because the building is copy and modify enabled to give you the opportunity to ajust the structure to your wishes.

ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.

If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
