Rental time is tracked by the minutes; both you and your tenant can easily see how many days, hours, minutes are left on their rental.
Count the prims used by a tenant and warn them if they exceed their limit(Prim Count is copy).
Fully control the box's size and position when rented and unrented.
Lock the box so it can't be paid, if you wish a tenant to leave when their rental period is up, rather than renew.

Constantly freezes up
This is absolutely useless. When I set the rental fee, it freezes up and the system can't be used. The managers notecard also stops working when a manager is set and the info card cannot be accessed at all. This isn't even worth 0L's. Take it off the mp!
