Great balcony and walkable :)
Wonderful balcony! It creates a very nice and romantic ambience for any house. Great for all builders, high quality mesh, ao maps and yes it is walkable. I am sorry about that some people do not know how to use mesh and the creators get bad reviews because of this. Nice store, I will buy more. Chantale, Salome design

This is a decent-looking balcony, but I can't actually use it. It's as if there's an invisible prim across the opening, even though I can't see anything.
