The S2 Magnum is not an specific building. This building is made to fit many uses, to be flexible. On the box you get 2 versions: Police/Sheriff Station and a Generic Version. Police version has a cell/holding room while the generic doesn't.

Generic version works perfectly for EMS Stations, Small hospital or Clinic, City or Town Hall, DMV, Municipality, Utilities, Offices... Many of those signs comes included on the box.

Built in includes S2 Pro Lights, Gentek Doors, Flag Poles, Radio Antenna, animated jail doors, front desk and couple more details. Keypads and card readers for door unlock.

Building comes already set to Group Only, just set the group and you are done.

It has 9 rooms and a hallway, main entrance and parking lot entrance. Roof Access and 2 jails on police version. Fully design to have the most convenient proportions and layout, still keeping it fully realistic.

IT DOESN'T COMES WITH PARKING, SIDEWALK OR THINGS LIKE THAT. It just prims in the pictures, better if you use the sidewalk/road pieces already being used on the region.

Is made with customization in mind. Textures are fully tintable. Change the floor or wall texture as needed on the rooms. Interior walls can be removed, letting a fully open interior for custom wall setup.

S2 Pro Lights are RP optimized, realistic and materials/projectors enabled, with access control, API and a low lag scripting.
