I don't understand
I do not understand why there are bad reviews of this product, indeed he does all that he promises, and he does it well and very simply, I do not know what problems may have been encountered by those who have classified this product as bad, but the truth is that it is not, I can say nothing of the attention to the client, because the truth is that I never needed it, everything worked perfectly just installed
Disappointed
States profile picture automatically loads. For whatever reason it doesn't load for me. I log on and nothing happens. I've seen some other venues where they have these and the profile pic loads fine, but its not the case for me. I have IMed the contact person twice and now its a week later and still no response. Customer service leaves something to be desired.
Terrible Customer Service
I had these set up according to the NC. Yet the splits weren't working correctly at all. I contacted the creator by NC and IM...no response after 3 days. I'll find something that works better since no one seems to want to respond to a customer question.

No support
Despite a note card and appeals on the group chat, I have had no support from the creator abut the problems I have. Just not good enough. Just as well the tip jars work cos these things don't.
