Drop it in your root prim and things spin. Edit one big, bold word in the script and things spin faster or slower. Edit a second big, bold word and and things spin forward or backward.
What could be simpler?

I purchased this with copy modify and transfer. All this does when worn by avatar is spins round and round, when you try and look at the script to put it in one of your creations it wont let you - I would like my money back please!!
