Just drag this script on the prim, you want to emit water steam.
You can use it for hot water as well as for a soft smoke as well as for your great fountain.

Note moyenne :
Steam is a "brownish" tint, which is not suitable for water, in my opinion. But may suit other purposes for other individuals.
