No respectable sim or parcel can do without this scripted, customizable loudspeaker. Hang it on a pole and let it announce a phrase automatically, every few minutes in local chat. It is also activated when clicked upon. Additionally, people can make mimic the announcer by saying things in channel /69. Finally, the notecard inside this loudspeaker is customizable. Hundreds of lines can be added to the already impressive repertoire of random, and hilarious announcements.

Fun, but not for professional use.
It's on channel 69 and there is no way to change it.
Still, not bad for the price at all.
