Builder pack:
3 sculpted different rocks / reefs / mountains, each 64x64x30 meters (fits 4096 m² land), each 1 prim only (megaprim)
18 textures included - the rocks are scripted and changing (cycle) the texture each time the owner clicks on it.
Copy - so you can create large landscapes with the set
Modify - there is a set of rocks without textures included which you can modify and use own textures.

Arriving there take the teleporter up to the sales platform.
