Urban Trash Cans, Animated, Room for 4!

the product itself is pretty great, the poses arent the best ive seen to say the least and aside from "chill" they all seem rather mechanic and awkward- i wasnt impressed of that aspect. but honestly the trash cans are beautifully made and the low prim count is a great addition to any urban setting, so i was pleased with that. but when buying a product which allows you to modify it but doesnt let you keep a spare copy, youre pretty much set up for failure. as a creator i love experimenting, and in my opinion, seeing as i paid for the item i should be allowed to modify it as i wish- for example, if i could copy this item i would make a second copy of just one of the trash cans for a more customized look. after having accidentally deleted one of the necessary prims in an attempt to see if i could get rid of the shadow prim customer support was pretty weird. while my copy of the trashcan was rendered basically unusable (i deleted the poses out of it) i had to give it back so i could have a redelivery for a broken item? there are so many ways to verify a sale than to demand an unusable copy back and it was quite bizarre experience as a customer. making items that arent gacha (obviously) no copy is honestly offputting, but the price on these trashcans made it seem like a good deal-i guess its only a good price because youre buying a single copy. i wouldnt mind paying double the price for a product i actually had permissions for, because when i get to modify a single copy of my object and have to pay again if i wish to have another copy, for me as a customer the right to modify doesnt count. perhaps the creator should think a tiny bit more about making their products more accessible to paying customers who hope to do more than just plop the item on the ground than about squeezing another 53L$ for a spare copy of the same item they already paid for.
