Vango. Colin_DEMO (BOX)

I'm posting this review primarily to combat the previous reviewer who seems to have based their review solely on the fact of some begrudgement against the creator... I am not familiar with the creator nor the degree of customer service that is provided by said creator, but I have gotten this demo and, on the basis of a demo, the only complaint I can muster is the fact that all the demos are boxed (and by boxed, I mean packed into an unpacking HUD). For purchases, I don't mind unpacking items. For demos, however, it is quite tiresome to have to unpack each of the demos; I nabbed a bunch of them to try on at once, you see. Apart from that, this demo is perfect as is. All of the different textures are able to be demoed with the HUDs provided and there is a resizer included in the hair.

First let me explain: This product is great, good looking and realistic.
But technical assistance about Vango. products (norman.millar) is useless: Owner can't do anything for you if you have a problem or a suggestion, he simply won't listen you. Even if you are polite, friendly, he really can't understand your point of view, the point of view of a customer. Really too bad... Maybe with a negative review he will change his mind? If not, then you're warned. Anyway this opinion can change with time if there is news about it.
