This is a mod kit for any modifiable boats. Included is a script that will give your boat a natural rocking motion (and subtle sound effect to match) when moored up (no physical). Soon as you start moving (go physical) this behavior will auto-disable so not to interfere with normal operation.
Another good feature about this mod kit is that you can set different rocking motion amounts per region via the config notecard. For example stopping in the middle of the Blake Sea can give rough rocking motion and some isolated marina more smooth / calm. This is all automatic once set in the notecard :)
This product will receive lifetime updates for free via Caspervend.
NOTE: This mod is for modifiable boats, i.e. boats with mod perms so you can put this script and config notecard inside.

Thank you
This script made my day, thank you. It made my boat come alive!
Looks nice. BUT...
Rocking looks realistic. But there is a huge drawback, you can't rotate the boat when the script is active. it'll simply resume its old position once you try to rotate it. Other rocking scripts I tried has a workaround for that. but not this one. So, if you use this script, first rotate and position your boat and put the script in it later.
Not bad at all!
Installation was quite easy. The motion is very nice, and being able to configure the amount of rocking (somewhat) is quite nice also. My only issue is, I have installed it in 4 different boats, different creaters, and in all 4, it stops the engine/sail sounds when I am driving. Other than that, very realistic!
NICE but...
ok, let me first say that it is easy to place this in the boat. no problems to unpack and place it in the inventory of the boat. BUT: my boat consists of two parts: the hull and the sails. when placing the script in the hull, only the hull is rocking. when placing it in the contents of the sails... you know. would be nice if there is a solution. the other thing is, that htere should be a open script where you can select the smoothness of the rocking, not only automatically installed rockings. anyway, a good product for "onlyhull"-boats.
Rock and roll !
That's what I am talking about! I own many boats -- sailboats, powerboats and personal watercraft. Some come with rocking scripts, but many do not, and there is nothing worse than seeing my boats moored side by side, some rocking, some not. Thanks to Vetron's Boat Rocking script, all now have a realistic rocking motion. I went from boat to boat, adding the script as directed. Nothing could be easier. And the regional characteristics card with different rocking motions for different waters, and super low price made this purchase even more attractive.
It just what I wanted.
This item works perfectly and exactly as it states. Why did I wait so long??
Thank you!
