All of the items are designed to be rezzed in world, except for the mic with the animation, which you should wear - this will attach to your right hand and animate you with a vocalist animation.
All of the stands are height adjustable - simply click anywhere on the stand to raise or lower it to the desired height (each click will take the stand one step higher until it reaches full height and then one step lower until it reaches its minimum height).

Nice mic - dorky animation - fast customer service
I should have known better than to buy something when the store owner has repeatedly ignored requests for more information. I was hoping to use the wearable mic in my shows. With the attached animation, not a snowball's chance. Had I been able to preview this animation, I never, ever would have purchased this. Any AO animation overrides it so I can't even hold the mic and dance with it.
If you want one of the floor stands or mics, those seem fine. But the wearable one - ugh.
After I posted this review the first time, I was given an unasked for full refund. Thank you. So I raised the rating and updated the comment accordingly.
