This is a Giver (dispencer)
Just Wear it and anyone can click on you it to receive a Random buoy model :-)
You can adjust size by editing

if you click on your giver you can active or detractive the over text to show how much items you have giving ^^
You can also limit the giver by "Daily" "Hourly" or "No-limit"

** Items are Copy / Transfer But you need to change permission before you can use
** Giverare Copy / modify

ATTENTION
You need to change the items permission in the Giver before use!
For doing this, wear or rez the Giver, Click right on it, choose "edit" on the wheel, in the Edit menu go to "Content" tab and click on the "Permissions" button, in the new menu choose "object" ( yellow box) and adjust content permissions to: next owner no-Modify / yes-copy / no-Transfer
And finalize by apply.
