if the skybox says not modifiable it is just due to the scripts but you can resize and retexture the walls, ceilings, etc. :)

Beautiful.
Lights up different colours in various windlights (SCIFI- Awesome Atmo 4) is fun. The neon glow is really nice and it is roomy, can be resized, 16 prims. I am delighted at this bargain price. Please Make more hangouts Myhstical.
