Delete by menu script. Add the script to the root prim content, or right click the object , edit > content > drag script from inv to content.
Now when the object is clicked a menu will appear, offering two choices, delete or cancel. Cancel closes the menu. Delete will cause a 5 second delay followed by the deletion of the object.
Great tool for rezzers and holo rezzers. I use mine to change my skybox surround via a rezzer.
The script is contained inside the prim so you can test it straight out the box .. or in it :) Copy it from box to inventory.

In my multiscene rentals, some objects rez props. Sometimes tenants de-rez the scene without de-rezzing the props, which get left behind. They need me or a manager to do it. Sometimes they end the rental and don't bother to tell us...
Problem solved! And for only 29L$, it's a gift quite frankly.
