This does not have all the parts to create this look. The vortex effect in not in the design. HUGE disappointment.
Crap
No pose, no way to sit on the stairs and the 'background' is not swirled or animated or lit up or dreamy like the picture it's just some city cutouts that are for some weird reason 200 prims. Waste of money for me.
