Don't bother
This is the same wind I already had from several freebee sound packages. The quality wouldn't be so bad, but it sounds pretty horrible when looped. Don't waste your tenth-of-a-cent on this one. Unless you have no wind at all and just want to know what it might sound like in SL.

It is a wind with whistle, like some winter wind on the field :)
