This is a simple attachment to your head that, when clicked, causes you to grasp your poor head in your hands and make an "ow!" sound.
The attachment can be set to a "private" mode, where only avatars wearing the included animator attachment can hit you by facing you and clicking in your general direction. They also have to be close enough...
