I hate when I purchase something that I can't see beforehand. The tree is nice with falling leaves and a shadow but there is no depth to it. It is like they put flat pieces of cardboard together with a texture. There is no dimension to the tree making it look unrealistic. This is the second time I buy a tree that I can't see before I buy. I won't be making that mistake again.
