NOTE: Copy+Mod prim with no-mod script.
Simple snowflake emitter. Makes flakes (not dots). NO OTHER NOTABLE FEATURES.
Rez the prim and move it overhead.
*NOTE*: Picture shows mix of flakes and the freebie dot version -- i like this mixed effect better than flakes-only

Awesome
Slap some of these up high, make them transparent and the effect is very pleasing.
