Belum Tree House Jungle Retreat (199LI, 40x40)

The Belum Tree House Jungle Retreat is a 2-room house with a couple of tree branches sharing the space.
It has a river flowing behind the house with a couple of waterfall features. There is even a family of ducks on the river as prop. There are also a few prop birds on the verandah and in the tree.

I have also added border screen on both sides.

This build is mod, copy, no transfer and unfurnished.
