Great attention to detail throughout this 2 storey building is very spacious and has stair access to the upper floor. It comes complete with peeling paint, mouldy ceilings, rotten floorboards, rank floortiles, rusty roof and filthy windows....mmmm yummy hehehe :D
It fully moddable so can be altered to suit your needs...I recently installed a 2nd doorway into the end of one for use as a shop on a corner plot with no problem at all.
Very modest prim count considering the size....120 Prims (approx 36x26m) The building comes packed for easy rezzzing with Jack In The Box.
