{C.C.R.} Raisin Shop - Prefab Building

Hi!

{C.C.R.} Raisin Shop Prefab ~ INFO.

You can make the building bigger when linked, not smaller. You will need to unlink and stretch every prim, though the store was designed for a parcel size of 2048sq. meters. Structure is mesh, but some of the furniture prims are sculpties. All stuff (furnished) is linked except for the maindoor glowy strings.
Land Impact 62 when fully furnished.
Land Impact 45 when not furnished.
This building is copy/modify (Rezzer is no modify, so IN ORDER TO START MODIFYING you will have to delete the rezzer first, then you will be free to copy and modify it to your needs).
For best viewing experience, set all the linked building to full bright. Try keeping parts linked bc unlinking might increase Land Impact. You can change the colors manually since most of the textures were saved B&W.

Ok this is important, this Building includes a rezzer box.
How to rezz?

1.- Rezz on your land the box called "{C.C.R.} Raisin Shop Rezzer" and a box with thingies will appear.
2.- Move the rezzer box to the center of the place you would like to rezz your building.
3.- Now click on the box and click "rez" on the menu.
4.- Right click the rezzer box then select edit, if you move or rotate the rezzer box the building will automatically move or rotate too, so you need to set the box in the perfect position until the building placement fits on the perfect position.
5.- Now click on "Finish" and don't forget to delete the rezzer box. Yay!
(Always zoom your camera tool near the rezzer box to make sure the menu works).
6.- Set the white strings prim on the main door to "Phantom" if you can't go through them.
