This item allows you to convert a Victorian Terrace Shop (available separately, see below) into a well stocked convenience store (see photos - building NOT INCLUDED in this set). Comprises several freestanding shelf units, displaying fruit & veg, Bread & cakes, cereals & health products, groceries, and DVDs and Comicbooks. Also includes a till unit that displays confectionery and newspapers, and a milk and drinks chiller unit. Textures provided for floor and front sign conversion. See photos for suggested layout. Note that if linked to the shop structure, it may reduce the overall land Impact.
These units can, of course, also be used elsewhere
if desired. I'd buy that for a Dollar!

Would be perfect
I bought this thinking it was modify and so it won't for me since it isn't. However, it's a bargain for what you get.
If you don't like to tinker with stuff, it will be perfect for you.
