Literally an empty box.... with " HUD Blood OFF " in red hover text. Contents contain no scripts. Just an empty textured box with hovertext.....

I was have the same problem as JoeHawking, but i solve it, removing the one in use, creating a new copy and adding it, and it works very well!!! =)
